Helen Garber uses an old master painting technique to paint the world she is living in now. Helen has had experience with a diverse world of peers since leaving home at an early age and living “on the road.” Her portraits reveal her world, which includes all of the graphic details of tattoos, piercing, wrinkles, etc. There is no way to deny the beauty of her hand in the works and no way to be free of her powerful imagery.
