Rachel Harrison was born in 1966 and currently lives and works in New York. Shoddy workmanship, common detritus, haphazard construction materials, and lonely, weird and misplaced photographs comprised Harrison’s representational rubric of today’s experimental and disposable culture. Harrison wants you to look very closely at the meaning of want, and what it feels like to have what you once wanted
